Our economic stimulus package for collectors has ended - From now on (31/12/2020) our regular 10% discount rate applies again for delieveries from 1st of January 2021!
From 1st of July 2020 till 31st of December 2020, the German government will reduce the full VAT rate applicable to us from 19% to 16%! Accoringly we will increase our Discount Club Discount from 10% by 3% to a whopping 13% during the same period. Benefit from even lower prices for the entire 2nd half of 2020, because our 3% additional discount is more savings than the 3 percentage point reduction in VAT!
OUR CLUB SERVICES:
When you order the Toy Palace Discount Club membership (only valid for private individuals, not for dealers), hereinafter referred to as DC, you will receive the following galactic services for one year (i.e. 365 days from the date of order):
- 13% discount until 12/30/2020 - Thereafter (from 1/1/2021) 10% discount on all discountable articles available at www.toy-palace.com Shop, both on backorders (or pre-orders).
If, during your membership, pre-orders will not be released or shipped until your membership expired, the discount for those pre-orders will still apply.
Attention:
Pre-orders delivered after 1/1/2021 can only be considered with a discount rate of 10%. If you have already placed pre-orders before 7/1/2020 as a DC member and these are delivered between 7/1/2020 and 12/31/2020, you will receive the higher discount rate, namely 13% directly when your order is invoiced! If you have already paid before 7/1/2020 and the delivery will take place in the 2nd quarter of 2020, we will find an individual solution for you, just contact us.
- Exceptions to the discount rule: Books (price-fixed items) and specially declared offer items that are excluded from the DC.
- Every article that is discountable in the DC is shown in the article detail view with the following text: Discountable (Discount Club item) - Yes
- Constantly changing Toy Palace DC offers, which are only valid for members. Our current Club discount rate is also deducted from these offers! We offer exclusive items that are only available with DC membership (rarities, limited editions, etc.).
- Membership ends automatically after 365 days, i.e. there is no period of notice. We will inform you once by email if you want to extend your membership. You decide whether or when the membership should be extended (subject to the current annual fee). However, there is no legal right to extend the membership. The membership is worthwhile even if the purchase value is less than EUR 250,- per year! You can save money with your first purchase or over the next year! We like to reward every loyal customer, especially you!
Frequently asked questions:
Question: I'm not a member yet. Does your shop deduct the 10% discount (shipments from 1/1/2021) if I order the membership and articles together in one order?
- Yes. As soon as you as a non-member add our DC Membership (costs € 25,-) plus one or more discountable items to your shopping cart, you will see the deducted discount before checkout. Important: Do not order as a guest, otherwise we cannot add the discount rate to your account after the first successful order. If you already have a guest account with us and non-shipped pre-orders, please inform us with which email address you ordered as a guest. Afterwards we can add these orders to your new customer account and possibly also apply the current discount rate for your pre-orders. So if you don't want to wait until we manually activate you for the DC discount, it's best to order the membership in one order with your desired items. Remember: Don't order as a guest, as you need an account.
Question: Are shipping costs discountable?
Answer: Unfortunately no, but we ship postage free from 99,- EUR value of goods (DHL within Germany), to other countries (e.g. Austria, and most EU coutries - free shipping from € 199,-) we also ship postage free from a certain value of goods. Excluded are articles, which are marked as "Truck Shipment: Yes" in the article!
Question: Is the membership transferable to other persons?
Answer: No, it is only valid for the one person and address who ordered the Discount Club, therefore deliveries to friends and acquaintances or different addresses are not allowed or not eligible for discounts.
Question: Can I test the Discount Club for only 3 months?
Answer: No, the DC is valid exactly 365 days (1 year) and the membership ends automatically after one year. A credit of the DC is not possible, not even partially, even if the membership should not be used.
Question: Do I also get such a great discount card sent to me like in your advertising banners there?
Answer:Unfortunately no, this can only be understood "virtually".
Question: How many DC memberships have you sold so far?
Answer: There are literally hundreds of Toy Palace regular customers who already have a membership and have been for several years. Why not start saving now and benefit from our great conditions?
Question: My membership is about to expire or has just expired. I would like to extend my membership directly, or start again on my desired date. How do I do that?
Answer: Either you simply order a new membership for € 25,- or you contact our support, who can also invoice you for a new membership at your desired starting time.
